Pay Back Time
The pay back time is the time taken for the associated water, gas and electricity bill savings to pay off the installation cost of the environmental saving device you have installed.
Smarter Bathrooms choose products with short payback times. We have done the hard work and analysis for you to ensure your new installation is paid back as quickly as possible.
Grant Reimbursement
Larger grants are generally paid back in the form of a cheque to you directly or to Smarter Bathrooms and then credited from your account.
Smaller grants are usually credited from your relevant utility bill.

$150 A hot water recirculation is a device that saves cold water in the hot water pipes by diverting this cold water back into the hot water system or cold water plumbing. This reduces water wastage by allowing the water to be used within the home. |
Watering Systems
Grey water systems require the installer to supply a 30m long 1” wide pipe. You can connect your drippers to this. All drippers must be located between a layer of mulch and the top soil.
The drippers must not be exposed to the air on grey water systems.
Rain water tank have no outlet restrictions on the water.
