WE would like to relate our positive experience of using Smarter Bathrooms for our recent bathroom renovation. WE would highly recommend their business. We would like to make particular mention of the great service received in the following areas: THE SALES PROCESS. Andrew met and understood exactly what we were looking for in our renovation. He was polite and attentive with excellent follow through. All quotes were received promptly and each item was followed through. THE DESIGN PROCESS. Olivia during the design phase was meticulous, had great attention to detail & excellent ideas to improve the aesthetic look/feel. The showroom in South Melbourne also helped us easily pick the products without all the hassle of the running around to various suppliers. THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. Nathan the site manager was fantastic. He managed the whole construction project from start to finish with zero hassle. From the protection that was laid out through the rest of the house, on time tradespeople who don't need to be told what to do or chased up, to a perfect product finish we couldn't be happier with the end result. Wish that all tradespeople had such high standards! On a final note, Smarter Bathrooms was not the cheapest quote that we received but the excellent service, lack of hassle, on time completion and great quality of the finished product makes them well worth the small difference. We highly recommend their work.

Great Attention To Detail

Given all the projects on which you are simultaneously working, I appreciate very much your taking time to look for a bath spout similar to the one on the booklet I showed you. I am very happy with the one I have, thank you very much. I am enjoying so very much my new bathroom and toilet. I think they are just beautiful and live up to my pre-renovation images, and then some! I am having friends over to dinner tomorrow night to view the renovations. I just know they will think they are just great, as do I. The painting is also terrific. Thank you so much for your suggestions on paint colours. I chose Dulux 'Fair Bianca' for the ceilings, half wall in the toilet, and doors. The window surrounds were left in similar colour to the originals and the painter, Vito, did a marvellous job in making the woodwork richer in colour without making it darker, which is just what I had hoped for. Couldn't Sleep it was sooooo good

Hey Teresa, just wanted to tell you the bathroom is looking fabulous. The vanity has been lowered and looks great - now like you designed it. Also the custom shelves have been put up and they are perfect. The black is so good. The shower screen is also in and the bathroom now looks huge. First of all, please accept my apologies for not writing to you sooner. I have no excuses other than to say Christmas and holidays got in the way!

I would like to thank you and all concerned with the project of turning an empty space into such a magnificent ensuite; it truly is stylish, with wonderful, clean and modern lines. Smarter Bathrooms has realized a dream come true for me - from my initial design concept to completion. I could not be happier with the results! The quality workmanship, fittings and finish is astounding! Everyone who sees our new ensuite is greatly surprised at what we have accomplished here. It definitely has a WOW factor!

After a couple of design hick-ups, the job progressed smoothly and hassle-free. I found that dealing with your company, overall, was a pleasant experience and all issues of concern were resolved immediately and amicably.

In particular, Patrick and I would like to make the following comments:

David De Vincentis, the Project Manager, is a brilliant organizer and worker; he was very pleasant to deal with and nothing posed a problem for him. He is very caring and accommodating and goes to a lot of trouble to achieve the best possible result. I especially note that he works very well in partnership with Robert, the Carpenter, who is a highly skilled tradesman and who also is a gem of a person, with a good work ethic and great personality. Together, they appeared to make the job flow with great ease and good humour!

The other tradesmen, Danny the Plasterer and Waterproofer, Jamie the Tiler, Justin the Plumber and Anthony, the Electrician were also terrific. I could not fault the workmanship and their general attitude towards their work and to ourselves. They were all courteous and respectful to us and our home at all times. Whatever mess was made, they cleaned up prior to going home every day! Jamie, needs special commendation for his superb tiling - he's got talent! Not only did he consult with us prior to laying the very first tile, he made tiles line up beautifully where there was a discrepancy in the size between the floor and the wall tiles! A great job, Jamie!

All your tradesmen are a great asset and I ask that you pass on our sincere THANK YOU to each and every one of them, please.

We will most definitely pass on your company's details to anyone contemplating renovating or building a new bathroom. In fact, I have already given a couple of your business cards to some friends who should be contacting you shortly.

Again, thanks for our new ensuite! We simply love it!

Dear Andrew,
I apologise to taking so long to write this letter, but I wanted to send you some photographs of the final result after the stain was applied.
I want to place on record how delighted I am with my new bathroom. I really can't believe how safe it feels being on one level, to say nothing of the convenience. I realised after a couple of weeks that it was the first time I had ever enjoyed an indoor laundry, and that too gave me a great deal of joy. It works better than I ever anticipated.
Recently and architect friend of mine visited and demanded to know who had done such a magnificent job. He was particularly impressed with the quality of the workmanship, and when I showed him the documentation, he was even more impressed. I was happy to give him your name, as he is looking for someone for work at his home.
With all building projects there are inevitably times when things don't go according to plan, and I believe it is the mark of a truly great organisation if it able to resolve these hiccups in the speediest and most appropriate way. I couldn't be more satisfied with the final result.

Whilst there were very skilled, professional tradesmen throughout the job, I would like to make mention of these two particularly as both made the renovated bathrooms what they are now! From the outset of design needs, Carmel provided consistent ideas, knowledge, professionalism and efficiency in creating the changes and settling on the final design. Nathan had then the job to make it happen coordinating all people and work s required. Both these individuals made it a considerably more than straightforward building works than otherwise could possibly have been. I thank them both for assisting us so attentively.
We now have a new family bathroom and separate powder room which we are all very happy with and they have been much admired already by many visitors!

The End Result Is First Class

We would like to thank you so much for the fantastic work you have done to transform our spare room into a great ensuite and walk in wardrobe, and our tired old bathroom into a modern showpiece. Everyone we have had over to our house has been totally knocked out by the massive change and how great the new rooms look. When we intially looked around for someone to help and advise us on what could be done, we were looking for ideas and feeling a bit daunted at the prospect of what was a sizable amount of work. We came to Smarter Bathrooms. Andrew Crawshaw was enthusiastic and helpful and his ideas and designs were first rate. We knew we had found the right place. He was happy to answer all of our questions and incorperate our ideas into great designs. When the time came for work to commence, we were walked through the work schedule and told how the project would be handled. Trevor Newman, our project manager was on hand to talk through the practical issues and was happy to help us with some great suggestions. We had been worried about our newly installed polished floor and how the work would affect other parts of the house. Trevor and all the tradesmen involved were first rate. They came when we were told they would come, they were all polite and they all did a first rate job. The floors were protected by hardboard covers, protective sheets were laid and everything, including the demolition work, was done with a maximum of care and a minimum of inconvenience to us. Your guys, cleaned up everyday, made a point of being friendly and helpful and were happy to go that little bit extra to make sure we were comfortable. We cannot speak highly enough of Trevor and all the men involed. We were kept informed daily on what work had been done and if there were any issues involved (and there were a few problems given the age and type of house), Trevor was quickly in contact to tell us what needed to be done and made sure we were happy with what was proposed before going ahead. The end result is first class and we have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone thinking about having their bathrooms renovated. Once again please pass on our thanks to Andrew, Trevour and all of the people involved.
