The Smarter team was a pleasure to work with from the get go, from design through to construction. The quality of their advice and workmanship, and the attention to detail are evident in every facet of my bathroom and kitchen renovation. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Courteous and professional throughout, somehow they even managed to finish early. A particularly big shout out to Dee, Lauren, Alex, Damir, Chris and Adam for all their efforts.

Exceptional service, talented and dedicated people and a wonderful outcome that exceeded my expectations in terms of what has been achieved in the space I had. My project was large and incorporated kitchen including complete new footprint and a Euro laundry, full bathroom and partial en suite. From the earliest meetings with Juliana and Lauren on vision, design and detail to showroom meeting at which CEO came and sat down with us to the personalised support and project management of Nick, every stage was completed with genuine care and a constant “can do” approach. Taking slight diversions to improve the outcome or overcome unexpected issues was never to much trouble. Very satisfied and truly loving my new kitchen, laundry and bathrooms every day. I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom! I would recommend smarterBATHROOMS+ most highly. It is an extremely well run business, with excellent communication and coordination. My site manager Nick couldn't have been more helpful.

From beginning to end, SmarterBathrooms+ were the absolute 'A' team. My initial enquiry was handled by friendly Aroha who was understanding of my requirements and kept me in the loop about the next steps. In the Port Melbourne showroom, I was met by the hospitable Kerrie who made me feel very welcome. My designer was the effervescent Ellen, who was so warm, kind and a great sense of humour! Ellen, together with the very lovely and pragmatic Damien and Vrushali were extremely patient with my many questions in the lead up to the build. Nothing was ever a problem for them, and they made sure I was comfortable before sign off. John, with his impressive wealth of knowledge in the building industry, did a thorough inspection and made sure everything was covered off pre-build. Bringing it all together, was the incredible project manager, Fiona! A powerhouse of a woman who always did what she said she would, and made sure the build stayed on track and executed to the highest level. Any concerns I raised were addressed and she regularly informed me about the works. I was in safe hands with Fiona taking care of it all. Am very grateful to everyone involved in the build for their patience and expertise on a tricky project involving structural works in an apartment building. The finished bathroom, laundry and powder room are even better than I could've imagined and I highly recommend SB+!

We are absolutely delighted with our bathroom renovation and kitchen makeover! Smarter Bathrooms+, particularly one of their designers Dee, helped us to create the design and layout and we were able to visualize the concept through computer designed images. Once the project started, our amazing Project Manager Fiona gave us a full schedule of the works and constantly kept us informed of what was due to happen the next few days if the schedule changed. She promptly answered any questions and managed all the trades. All of the trades who attended our house were very polite, arrived around the time that we were advised they would be there, worked very hard and efficiently and tidied up after themselves! All the products required for the renovation were obtained and delivered to site at the start of the project so there was no waiting or project delays due to sourcing materials. If you are looking for a company who can design, project manage and deliver your renovation project on time and within the costings they advised…SmarterBathrooms+ is the one!! The bathroom looks exactly like the images created by Dee and we are so very very happy with the final result.

After 8 years finally had the bathroom and laundry renovated by smarterBATHROOMS+ and they were fantastic from the first meeting with Ava to last chat with project manager Nick. Now love the bathroom and still haven't filled all the storage in the laundry!

It was an investment, but the entire experience was fantastic. A massive shoutout to the specific people who made it happen: ⭐Ava, brilliantly translated my design references into something perfectly suited for our spaces. Her dedication and follow through from start to finish gave us huge peace of mind. ⭐Amanda, made the selection process a breeze! She handled the technical drawings and fixtures with incredible precision before the build even began. ⭐Michael, best Project Manager! Kept the chaos completely under control with detailed, day-to-day plans. His leadership was flawless, professional, and respectful. ⭐⭐ The Tradies, thank you to the demo crew, Damir (carpenter), cabinet installers, plasterers, electricians, tilers, cleaners. A special shoutout to Shaun, an absolute lifesaver who came out at night (and cold!) to fix a leaking main pipe (Thanks Damien for organising!), so that we have water access at home! We stayed in the house during the entire build, and the team was incredibly accommodating with seamless handovers from one contractor to another. Some thoughts for future renovators: Staying vs. Moving out: Moving out significantly speeds up the project timeline and keeps you entirely away from the dust, noise, and chaos. On the flip side, staying on-site saves money on temporary accommodation, provides convenience (most important!), and lets you see the daily progress. Smarter+ accommodated perfectly well and was so respectful of our 'shared' space during the 9 weeks of reno. Company vs. DIY: Using a team like smarterBATHROOMS+ is worth its weight in gold. You bypass tradie delays, unexpected miscomms, benefit from predictable timeline, and most importantly, you know exactly when you can start enjoying your new space.
