We had a fantastic experience working with Smarter Bathrooms+ who renovated our bathroom and kitchen in our home in Kingsville, Melbourne and couldn’t recommend them more highly for anyone considering doing this.

From the very beginning the team was professional, organised and incredibly easy to work with. What really sets Smarter Bathrooms+ apart is their well-structured renovation process and level of design support out of their showroom in Port Melbourne. They take the time to help refine your design to remain within budget and then manage the ordering of all required products on your behalf. This means everything is selected, ordered and ready before the renovation even begins, allowing the project to run smoothly and removing a lot of the stress that can often come with home renovations.

The quality of the workmanship is exceptional, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in delivering a high-end result. Every detail was completed to a very high standard and we felt confident throughout the entire project that we were in expert hands.

One thing that really stood out was the level of care and involvement from the leadership team. Even the owner attended our pre-build kick-off meeting, which demonstrated how committed he and the team are to understanding their clients’ needs and ensuring the renovation runs smoothly from day one. Their trades are either directly employed or work almost exclusively with them, which gives real confidence that the project will run consistently without the interruptions that can sometimes happen with renovations.

Every member of the team was a pleasure to work with, from the project manager, designer and detailer through to the tilers and trades. Communication throughout the renovation was excellent and the whole team was professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced.

We are absolutely thrilled with the end result and genuinely felt we were in safe and expert hands from start to finish. If you’re looking for a company that combines great design, high-quality workmanship and a well-organised renovation process, Smarter Bathrooms+ are outstanding.

Bathroom looks amazing. Tim managed the works seamlessly and all contractors were very professional and respectful. Very happy with the process and the outcome. I don’t think they are the cheapest but you get what you pay for. And the end result was a low stress process and beautiful bathroom as a result.

We used Smarter Bathrooms+ to renovate our principal bathroom. From start to finish, we were impressed. They listened to what we wanted and the ideas that we had, offered suggestions on how to achieve those outcomes, listened to our responses, and refined their proposals. Their formal proposal was well detailed, and keenly priced. After we accepted, the renovation was implemented in an orderly and predictable way with a minimum of fuss and bother. Their system of scheduling the work of the various trades is second to none that we have experienced--we always knew what to expect each day in the project. Smarter Bathrooms+ ? What's not to like !

We recently renovated our bathroom and laundry, and from the very first meeting with their designers, we knew we had chosen the right company. The entire renovation process went smoothly, and the team did an excellent job. We are extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a renovation.

Our bathroom renovation was successfully completed by SB in late 2025. From initial quoting through the design and construction, all SB staff involved were courteous, very helpful and keen to deliver a project experience which fully met our expectations.
Their attention to detail was excellent and it was the little things that made all the difference, for example;
1)the extensive protection of parts of the house affected by the construction, albeit they were not part of the actual room under renovation
2)clean-up at the end of each work day to minimize the inevitable construction mess
3)detailed discussions to achieve a tiling pattern that best suited our wishes
4) our project required significant modification of the bathroom entrance and the carpentry/ joinery work and materials selection to integrate that with the existing interior finishes of our century old house was outstanding.
We are delighted with the quality of our renovation which was delivered on time with minimal cost variations.

A well appointed showroom and professional design personnel made the whole process of renovation very easy. The Project Manager ran an efficient and competent team. Delivered on time, on budget, and better than what we originally envisioned. Juliana and Virushi made the design phase a genuine pleasure — patient, warm, and full of ideas we wouldn’t have landed on ourselves. Juliana showed us what was possible within the constraints of a 1969 concrete slab apartment and Virushi matched my attention to detail and high expectations without missing a beat. Then Nick took it from plans to reality without a single missed deadline or surprise. His communication was faultless, he handled every complication calmly and transparently, and he set a tone where nothing was a drama and everything just got solved. The kind of project manager who makes everyone around him better.

Ellen, Hettel, Damien, Avi and the rest of the team were amazing to work with. Super helpful through every step and able to answer any questions/concerns I had. They make sure you're across every decision you want to be and the whole operation couldn't have run more smoothly. Highly recommended!

From the outset we felt very confident that we were in honest, capable hands. Ava was our main contact - a delightful young lady with a very professional, open-minded and friendly approach. Mirnes project-managed the onsite work, keeping us fully informed, sending photos, suggesting improvements, (eg) replacing gal pipes, and problem-solving with us. I had my Bathroom renovated by the smarter bathrooms team and from the very first meeting I felt I was in good hands. The whole process was done so professionally and gave me peace of mind as I was away overseas during the entire renovation, in addition being a single female living on their own it was especially daunting to go through a renovation on my own, however I felt looked after the whole way through. While away I was kept up to date with emails, texts, WhatsApp messages which was really helpful. My bathroom is unbelievably beautiful and it feels like I have a new apartment.
