Caulfield East Home – Ensuite

The owners of our Caulfield East home wanted an upgrade to their existing downstairs bathroom to accommodate the varying needs of two energetic young boys and their busy parents.

A layout which originally included an oversized vanity crowding the small bathroom meant the space felt even more restricted. Situated off the main bedroom, the existing swing doors did not allow sufficient privacy in the space. The client is a chef, who is used to working in hospitality spaces with bold design choices so he didnt stray from including the same in this space. The stunning terrazzo flooring had already been purchased, therefore forming the building blocks for the new bathroom space.
