This is the second bathroom which we had renovated with Kat and Frans from Smarter Bathrooms within the last 10 months. The first renovation was a test and we were elated with our result. We were more relaxed with the renovation of our second bathroom. The result exceeded our expectations. Smarter Bathroom offers a full service from design to build and the tracking system which was installed for our second bathroom was an "idea" which I had from a magazine. The delivery of this was considered, skillful and thoughtful. Thank you, Kat, for being so precise with the design and layout for this. Also, your choice of finishes and design skill has made this bathroom a delight to look at and be in. Thank you Frans. You are a very considerate and skillful project manager. Also, your "can do" attitude makes unexpected challenges stress free. The trades attending our home were also all respectful and efficient. It has been such a breeze having you both assist us with these projects. We wish you and team at Smarter Bathrooms all the very best.

We had our bathroom renovated with Kat and Nick from smarter bathrooms. Highly recommend for a very professional job. The design consultation, management of the project and final delivery were outstanding. Their costs were very competitive when we compared to other quotes, and they provide a full end to end service with great communication throughout and handled any/all issues that made us feel very comfortable.

We would like to recommend Smarter Bathrooms to anyone considering a renovation. Alexa our designer took our brief and delivered exactly what we wanted, a calm space that was space efficient, easy to clean, low maintenance with a timeless style which suits our homelife perfectly now and to the future. Mirnes our site manager was in constant contact to ensure that all work was performed on time and to the exacting business standard. All tradesmen, carpenter, electrician, plumber,plasterer, tiler and others were all considerate and professional and were of the highest standard. We are really pleased with the result and are enjoying our new bathroom.

Where can / do I start..... Alexa ( designer ) and Nick ( building supervisor and everything else! ) From the moment we met Alexa she made us feel comfortable and at ease with the decision we were about to embark on. After initially seeking a couple of quotes it was Alexa’s personality, ideas, professionalism and can do attitude that won us over, and made the decision easy to choose Smarterbathrooms. She is a true asset to your business. We basically have had our two bedroom townhouse made over! A new kitchen, bathroom, powder room , laundry area and storage , desks and entertainment units! Alexa led us through the design process and nothing was too much to ask. She listened to our ideas and came up with solutions. She allowed our ideas to come to fruition. Alexa also recommended ways to improve the designs and improve functionality. She showed us colours and took us out of our comfort zone which proved to be a brilliant move and has made our house look amazzzzzing!! Nick our site supervisor was exemplary. Twice during our construction we were overseas and he managed our project by sending photos and emails regularly. Nicks keen eye to detail meant that things were completed to the highest possible spec. He went above and beyond replying to texts, phone calls and emails and always offered possible solutions to issues arising when renovating. His building team were spotless and although not living at home while renovating I was shocked at how clean and tidy he left the site each day. Any small issues I pointed out were rectified usually within 24 hours and anything beyond that ; out of the teams control were spoken with honesty and given deadlines which were met with ease. I extended my project with a number of smaller jobs, Nick managed these with ease and was very accommodating giving his ideas and recommendations for further improvements. To Nick and Alexa - we thank you both. It has been a journey which we have loved. Me possibly more than Mark! Dear Steph, Franz and the team at Smarter Bathrooms, Today marked the completion and sign-off of my long-awaited bathroom. It has taken 18 months from initial conception to completion, and I am very proud of the result. To Steph, I appreciate your enthusiasm and patience with respect to dealing with a very fussy and demanding client! You were also able to overcome challenges and meet my design brief with humility, humour and consideration which was greatly appreciated. And to Franz, you took all the stress out of a stressful process. Your professionalism, personality, punctuality, expertise and customer service were first-class and you are an asset to the company. Smarter will continue to flourish under your management and coordination. You have given me confidence to pursue bigger and better projects!
