We planned renovations in 2 rental properties with Smarter bathrooms +. The first was a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom art deco apartment in Windsor.The original designs of the bathroom and kitchen had many disadvantages. The new designs by Smarter bathrooms and the structural modifications that became necessary as the project progressed produced amazing end results.
The second second property was a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Victorian terrace house with second floor extension in Hawthorn.Prior to the redesign and renovation by Smarter bathrooms the abode lacked a feeling of spaciousness.Both bathrooms are now a lot more functional and are aesthetically very pleasing. The main bathroom accommodates a European laundry which was cleverly redesigned.The living area now has an open plan with a modern kitchen and daytime illumination powered by the sun.
Both properties have been transformed thanks to the Smarter bathrooms team, Both projects were completed according to plan. The management team (Stuart, Deepthi and Mirnes ) were excellent. Likewise all the tradesmen were very professional and easy to communicate with. Josh the electrician was notably innovative. Mines the project manager was responsive to all our numerous requests. Nothing was too difficult. He was always available and extended his expertise to issues beyond the plan.

I had a very positive experience with Smarter Bathrooms overall. The team did a great job with bringing my dream kitchen to life.

The design phase was excellent - detailed, patient and thoughtful. There was an initial scheduling miscommunication, but it was resolved quickly and the project manager delivered a beautiful final kitchen with excellent workmanship. There were a couple of lock-up oversights during the project, which the team acknowledged and addressed.

Overall, I am very happy with the end result and the care taken by the Smarter Bathrooms team from design to finish.

The site Manager was very accessible and easy to communicate with. He gave me a timetable and everything occurred on the day it was scheduled. The tradies were courteous and skilled workers.

Every member of the team was a pleasure to work with, from the project manager, designer and detailer through to the tilers and trades. Communication throughout the renovation was excellent and the whole team was professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced.

Bathroom looks amazing. Tim managed the works seamlessly and all contractors were very professional and respectful. Very happy with the process and the outcome. I don’t think they are the cheapest but you get what you pay for. And the end result was a low stress process and beautiful bathroom as a result.

We used Smarter Bathrooms+ to renovate our principal bathroom. From start to finish, we were impressed. They listened to what we wanted and the ideas that we had, offered suggestions on how to achieve those outcomes, listened to our responses, and refined their proposals. Their formal proposal was well detailed, and keenly priced. After we accepted, the renovation was implemented in an orderly and predictable way with a minimum of fuss and bother. We recently renovated our bathroom and laundry, and from the very first meeting with their designers, we knew we had chosen the right company. The entire renovation process went smoothly, and the team did an excellent job. We are extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a renovation.

Our bathroom renovation was successfully completed by SB in late 2025. From initial quoting through the design and construction, all SB staff involved were courteous, very helpful and keen to deliver a project experience which fully met our expectations.
Their attention to detail was excellent and it was the little things that made all the difference, for example;
1)the extensive protection of parts of the house affected by the construction, albeit they were not part of the actual room under renovation
2)clean-up at the end of each work day to minimize the inevitable construction mess
3)detailed discussions to achieve a tiling pattern that best suited our wishes
4) our project required significant modification of the bathroom entrance and the carpentry/ joinery work and materials selection to integrate that with the existing interior finishes of our century old house was outstanding.
We are delighted with the quality of our renovation which was delivered on time with minimal cost variations.
