Middle Park home 2 – Bathroom, Ensuite + Laundry

A sense of continuity and brightness were required throughout the spaces of our Middle Park family home. With two teenage daughters using the main bathroom the aesthetic needed to be minimal and sophisticated to suit not only the parents of the family but the kids too. The client wanted the spaces to feel bright, open and inviting without being stark and sterile. This has been expertly achieved with the inclusion of a a fun navy feature tile wall in both the bathroom and ensuite spaces. The insertion of colour cuts through the bright white without over powering the space, and matt black tap ware give the rooms the modern edge they need.

The ensuite includes a built in tiled seat this not only provides a great option for our client when legs need to be shaved but also breaks up the navy feature wall. The bathroom provides plenty of storage in both the vanity unit and shaving cabinets ensuring the girls can keep everything they need tucked away and off the shared bench top. The laundry has been very thoroughly thought through by our design team to include everything that this busy family need to cut down on time spent in the space. Although now it’s hard to keep them out of it! With built in hampers, ironing station and hanging rails the mundane task of washing and ironing is made easy.

Our clients are delighted with the out come, the whole home now flows seamlessly from one room to the other with a sophisticated aesthetic fitting for both our clients and their teenage daughters to enjoy.
