This Fitzory North renovation provides functionality at its finest. While the client’s original bathroom didn’t meet conventional standards, in terms of location and proportions, it left our designer with an exciting challenge ahead.

Practical and user-friendly storage in a more complex environment has been expertly achieved by installing a floating timber vanity, provided for smaller items. A block coloured unit intersects the bench, providing deep storage for ample functionality. This juxtaposition of colouring highlights these two feature elements in all their class and beauty.

The rectangular shaped mirror placed above the basin successfully reflects natural light throughout the room as well as providing additional storage within. The vanity has been paired with beautiful wall lighting and matching pendant, all featuring a stunning brass highlight. The powder coated hydronic heated towel rail brings a luxurious and elegant warmth to the space, literally.

While the timber is a signature style, it’s the freestanding stone bath with a matte white finish that ultimately steals the show. This bath is the perfect combination of how contemporary meets luxury. Adjacent, a level entry shower system that leaves enough space for standing in front of the vanity and barrier-free showering. Our clients’ bathroom has a more traditional finish by pairing ivory tiles on the walls and charcoal porcelain tile selected for the floor. The transformation of this bathroom speaks for itself as a beautiful, elegant and highly functioning bathroom.
