Not just smarter, award-winning!

This year, all eight projects smarterBATHROOMS+ have submitted to the 2016 HIA Awards have been nominated as finalists.

Here’s a quick look at a few of them.

Elwood Home – kitchen

This stunning townhouse situated in Elwood brings together family and friends in an entertainers’ kitchen that carries the home’s unique aesthetic through with a raw brick wall running the length of the space, and connects the outdoors beautifully with the indoors through the use of a piston-hinged server window.

Carlton North home – main bathroom
A day-spa feel was created with the stone freestanding bath and basin, large natural travertine floor and wall tiles, and matte black tapware and accessories. The touch of reclaimed timber used in the vanity top and mirror frame bring warmth to the space. The new larger black aluminium window in the bathroom gives the room the light and depth which was previously lacking in the space.

Port Melbourne – kitchen

This gorgeous light filled home was completely renovated with the internal fit out by smarterBATHROOMS+, including the kitchen, main bathroom, powder & laundry. The project’s interior designer was heavily involved in the look and feel of the entire home, from the cabinetry handles that were hand turned in Tasmania through to furniture selection. You can’t curb passion!
