The duration of your renovation depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Once we have fully assessed your space, our detailed estimate will provide a clear start and finish date, giving you certainty and peace of mind throughout the process.
For a standard single bathroom renovation, the project typically takes 4- 5 weeks before the room is ready for use. This timeline may vary depending on factors such as home construction, building inspection requirements, client-requested changes, or delays in the delivery of fixtures and fittings. Additional building works, including the installation of doors, windows, or removal of walls, as well as custom features like stone benchtops, walk-through showers, or redesigned layouts, may also extend the timeline.
Kitchen renovations generally follow a similar timeframe, taking 4-5 weeks to reach a functional stage. This period can sometimes be shortened if a temporary or laminate benchtop is installed while waiting for custom stone tops.

The final cost of your bathroom or kitchen renovation will depend on room size, design complexity, and product selections. We strongly recommend an in-home consultation with one of our designers to provide a precise, tailored estimate for your project.
Your bathroom and kitchen will be temporarily unavailable during the renovation process. In single-bathroom homes, this can pose some challenges. To minimise disruption, we can arrange a temporary shower and toilet for your use, and many clients choose to stay offsite during the early stages of the project for added comfort.
If your home has multiple bathrooms, we can renovate them sequentially, allowing you to remain in the home and avoid the cost of alternative accommodation.
For larger, whole-home renovation projects, we generally recommend staying elsewhere for the duration of the works, as day-to-day living within an active construction environment can be both inconvenient and uncomfortable.
