Port Melbourne Home – Ensuite

This Port Melbourne renovation was a particularly special one. The home was once a biscuit factory back in 1854 with original features in tact and character oozing from the brick work. Meaning the new bathroom design needed to intertwine with the original features and reflect the spaces character. Exposed brick, bold beams over head and 4 meter ceilings needed to blend into the new design rather than stand out. The ensuite was the main focus of the renovation, the room needed to be a luxurious space where our client could reside. It became clear that the client brief was with a bath tub at its core to anchor the bespoke space with a nod to the biscuit factory that once was.
